I 'm sorry but I truly think
this is appalling - I truly believe that it just pure greed on behalf of the seller. I know the book is out of print but I purchased this book on amazon in October for £3.50 (approx $5.45) at that rate it gives the seller a 2200% profit!!!!!!!!!!!!
